Seaside Resort Terrace

A seaside resort project where windproof ZIP screens close an open terrace against coastal wind while keeping the sea view clear.

THE CHALLENGE

The terrace faces the sea, so guests were exposed to constant wind and salt spray, and the resort needed a shading system that stays stable in strong wind while keeping the panorama open.

OUR SOLUTION

We supplied 24 extra-wide outdoor ZIP screens for the terrace openings, with guided zip tracks, metal end plugs and motorized operation, grouped so the front desk can close the whole terrace in one action.

"The zip screens let us keep the terrace open to the sea view and usable on windy days, and the whole front closes in one action."
