The wall light is easy to assemble and the holes in the wall bracket allowed me to fix it while keeping the old hanging points. Nice manufacturing, assembly of the different parts is done with precision. Very practical connection, but only with rigid wires. The light is diffused by two small rows of LEDs and the lighting power is low. May be suitable for a bedroom but certainly not for a living room, or an entrance for example. It would be difficult to modify it to put a stronger classic bulb - lack of space - and adding a row or two of LEDs would be complicated: the low voltage transformer - 12v - would risk running out of power. The lighting is not compatible with a dimmer.
We used this light at the top of the stairs leading to our basement. It worked perfectly, shining on the stairs and the ceiling. We placed it above the door at the top of the stairs and centered on the door., For us it is perfect. The price was reasonable , shipping was quick and the product is quality. It has really set of the stairway. Thanks.
